NOIZ - A Decentralized Cognitive Ad Network, Decentralized Ad-sharing and AI-Based Application
I've did review many platform on bitcointalk, but today i found a completely innovative platform that offered solution for commonly problem on internet such as ad-fraud and customer data's security. The platform named NOIZ and lead by Andy Ann as CEO.
What is NOIZ?
NOIZ is an AI-enabled, decentralized ad exchange platform based on the blockchain. It provides data transparency and solves the problem of ad fraud by using a Proof of Engagement concept that validates user data. - Protection Based on Permissioned Privacy : As a decentralized system, the users of the NOIZ ad network are in complete control of their private data, hence, no 3rrd party or intermediary can alter or tamper with the user’s private data. In addition to all of this, NOIZ compensates its users with NOIZ tokens for any data shared with trusted publishers and advertisers on the platform.
- P2P Ad Exchange : Publishers and advertises on the platform can interact with each other and transact adverts and payments. For standards, the NOIZ platform is created in a way that the community is responsible for setting the standards as regards quality content, and this is done by carrying out votes in favor of or against advertisers with either good or bad business principles, and it also applies to publishers who plagiarize contents and post news without credibility.
- Cognitive Banners to Enhance Engagement : NOIZ is not just using the blockchain technology to right the wrongs of traditional ad networks but is also integrating the use of artificial intelligence. Advertisers using the NOIZ ad network will enjoy the services of “Nikolai” which is an AI-powered banner ad that can generate as much as 30 times more consumer-targeted engagements, with advertisers getting unhindered access to the engagement. Furthermore, with the blockchain technology, it is easy for the ad interactions to get recorded, and that is a transparency feature.
- Airdrops and Rewards Wallet : Unlike so many other ad networks, there is the provision for advertisers to airdrop NOIZ tokens to their consumers for different reasons including: loyalty in the form of reward points, product discounts as coupons, or simply because the consumers engaged with the banner ads published. In other to get these coupons and reward points, the user needs to use the NOIZ wallet, which automatically receives the reward points and crypto-based coupons, and they can get redeemed through various channels like via NOIZ partner companies, or via the offering party.

NOIZ will use a permission blockchain rather than a permissionless blockchain. Permissioned blockchains are engineered specifically for enterprises and national blockchain projects where privacy features are innate. They allow for data to be stored ‘on chain’, and people interested in accessing this data would first need to identify themselves (unlike permissionless blockchains where anyone can read anything) and wait for the blockchain moderator to make them a node within this permission-based network. In NOIZ, only the parties that transacted with one another will be able to access the data shared between them. NOIZ will use HyperLedger to build this blockchain. Hyperledger is an open source by IBM and 200+ companies across the globe have used it to build enterprise-grade blockchains. This blockchain enables terabytes of data to be stored, differing from other blockchain based ad networks, which can store only a few gigabytes of data, making interactions very compute intensive. HyperLedger allows people to pick computationally cheap consensus algorithms, which unlock the possibility of storing as much data as is required, without limiting the growth of innovation.
